Spring Chicks

 Love the spring chicks my students made a few weeks back! They turned out super cute and were a fun Easter project for them.  I found the idea on Pinterest of course :o).  I wish I could share them all but here are a few.

Sweet Feet

I had seen the example of these on Pinterest where you painted the child's feet candy corn colors.  I decided to use their fine motor skills and have them ball up tissue paper and sort them instead.  They turned out beautifully!

Valentine Fun

I am way behind on posting my themes/seasons.  I am been working hard during this season of Lent to spend more time in God's Word and less time on the computer.  I have t admit, I have surprised myself and am doing quite well.  I haven't been on Facebook for over 3 1/2 weeks! :o)

Here is one of the Valentine crafts that my kiddo's made this year.  I had to share this one because it was done with such detail.  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!

Kissing Hand - Chester Craft

I know I'm way behind on posting our crafts for the year, but better late than never!! I love how the kids created their Chester character from the Kissing Hand.  Here are just a few.  Enjoy!

Caught Being Kind

I created this for an incentive reward this year.  If me or my TA catches a child being kind out of the blue, they receive a baseball in the mitt.  At the end of the month, the child with the most baseball's gets our Kindness Award for the month! The kids love it!!!

Nuts About Working With You

I know I haven't posted in a while.  I have been super busy with creations with my students.  I thought I'd better catch up.  :o)  Here is something little I made for my assistant to thank for all her hard work for the month of September.  I plan on creating something for her each month with some of her favorite things.  Enjoy!

Sympathy

Just thought I'd share my latest sympathy card.  I made these for my mom's Easter Star chapter.  I used metallic paper.  LOVE the way it came out.

Congraduations!

I wanted to do something that Brady would always remember for his graduation.  Something that he could always look back on and chuckle about.  And here is what I came up with:

It only took me 3 1/2 hours to roll up all the dollar bills but it was worth it! I had to roll them up as tight as I could and then I tied each one of them with curling ribbon in his school colors.  In order to find out how many dollar bills were enclosed, he had a diploma like letter to read and the contents of it said:

Christmas Ornaments

Yes, I know it's a little late to be posting Christmas creations from this past year, but this is the first chance I've actually gotten.  I made each one of my students one of the ornaments and I also made each one of our children one for the tree.  In total, I made 64 ornaments because I did sell quite a few to co-workers.  I cannot wait to make these again for our upcoming Christmas.  I'd love to do a Twilight theme and WVU Mountaineer set.  :o)

2012 Class T's

Well, finally I am posting! It's been an extremely busy school year and I have had my hands full.  I wasn't prepared for the amount of time it added to go from a class of 20 kids to 30! But we did it! After 9 long weeks, I finally got everyone's class t-shirt designed and finished.  The parents loved them and I thought they turned out pretty cute myself.  Hoping to post more pics soon! Have a great summer!

Team Water Bottle

My director needed a water bottle designed for her granddaughter to have for softball. I used my Pooh font and Create A Critter's bumble bee....

Poodles of Well Wishes....

I've been working hard on an order of Get Well cards and just had to share one of my favorites!

I used my Create A Critter cartridge for the poodle and then my George cartridge for the rectangles. I embossed it with Divine Swirl cuttlebug embossing folder.

In Memory of Precious Caylee Marie.....

I haven't done tear bears in quite a few years, but had the urge to make one today in honor of sweet little Caylee. Her favorite color was purple and she loved bears....especially Pooh.

Here's A Little Pick Up.....

I have been consumed with the Casey Anthony murder trial the past few weeks and it has interfered with my desire to scrapbook! LOL I did, however, force myself to work on some get well cards this morning as I await the verdict. Here is a card that I thought would be cute for a male. Enjoy!

A New Sympathy Card....

Here is a picture of the latest sympathy card that I made for my mom. You can't really tell, but I used my YourStory wavy cutter on the pink paper and then I embellished it with Pink Pearl Stickles. I think this is one of my favorites thus far. It's much harder for me to do formal cards than it is for me to do the fun one's. Maybe that's because I'm so use to my fun preschool creations. I also drew the flower on the cross by hand with Stickles. The cross is from the Car Decals cartridge. Have a great day!
